2008 ICCC USA Conference Summary

ICCC USA Conference Brings Delegates from 7 Countries for 2008 Conference

December 10, 2008 - Washington, D.C. -- ICCC USA members and guests convened in Washington, DC for their national conference December 5-7 just outside Washington. "It is a new season in ICCC USA and God is raising up change agents throughout the land. I believe we are to be a major catalyst to raise up these change agents," said Os Hillman, USA president.

The conference theme was based on 1 Chronicles 12:32: ...of the sons of Issachar who had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do. 1 Chron. 12:32. Friday evening's opening session was led by Os Hillman. He presented the ICCC USA mandate and the distinctives that make ICCC unique among other workplace ministries today. Hillman presented several ICCC video clips of Gunnar Olson video testimonies and provided insights from the life of Moses.

Dale Neill followed with a presentation on the Africa project and how this project emerged from nothing and how the Lord has led every aspect of the relationship ICCC now has with five nations - Burundi, Liberia. Rwanda, and Benin, and of course, Israel. Dale provided the history and the spiritual significance of the project as it relates to Israel and the days we are in as the Church in the marketplace. He challenged the attendees to step up to their destinies in the marketplace.

On Saturday Pam Pryor, an ICCC USA member and special advisor to the National Republican Committtee shared her recent experiences from the recent presidential election. Her message was filled with inside observations and humor and challenged the attendees to be involved in the political process.

Dr John Mulford and Tom Stansbury of Regent School of Entrepreneurship shared how Regent and ICCC are partnering with a major project in the four African nations. A panel was conducted with Dale Neill, Joseph Mitchell, Woody Young and Peter Kent on Understanding the Role of Israel in the World today and ICCC's history with Israel.

In the evening Laura Kent provided an intriguing history of the Federal Reserve and the current economic crisis. Attendees were thoroughly intrigued with her knowledge and the implications her presentation would have on our future economy. Paul Cuny presented a message on Sunday morning on the difference between the world economy and a Kingdom economy.

The conference concluded with communion among the delegates. A new board was voted on in the member's meeting and three new board members were added. Three new board members included Dennis Kelly, Charles Robinson and Dorinda Trick. They joined current Board members Paul Cuny, Luther Duda, Os Hillman, and Peter Kent. Floyd Brown, ICCC Jamaica president and Regional Director over the Americas, and Dale Neill, ICCC International President, prayed for and commissioned the new board for 2009.
